Russia-Ukraine Dialogues: the evolution of cyber warfare

This event spotlighted Ukraine and Russia’s evolving cyber strategies, cyber-attacks in the context of conventional war, differing viewpoints on cyber operations, and the changing nature of cyber warfare. Additionally, discussions encompassed the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on cyber norms, international cyber security coordination efforts, and the active role of multinational corporations in cyber warfare and defence. G. Alexander (Alex) Crowther is a Non-resident Senior Fellow with the Transatlantic Defense and Security Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis. He is a Professor of Practice for Cyber Issues at Florida International University and does research for the Swedish Defense University. He has lived overseas 13 times for a total of 25 years.
